Korean airports are very large. After arriving in Korea, you will have many procedures to complete. When making a reservation, please be sure to consider the time required for immigration and duty-free shopping, and set your appointment time accordingly.

Please note that Incheon Airport has two terminals. Regardless of the terminal, we will always meet at "Gate B."
At Gimpo Airport, our driver will be right outside the Arrival Hall exit.

Flight schedules often change, confusing with our meeting times. Please allow approximately 1 hour after your flight's landing time when booking your car.
1. TIP For early arrivals:
You can enjoy the facilities within the airport until the designated time and then proceed to the pickup point. While our drivers may be able to accommodate early boarding up to 20 minutes earlier depending on their schedule, they usually aim to arrive on time as scheduled.
2. TIP For delayed arrivals:
We understand that flight delays or baggage issues can occur. Therefore, we can wait for up to 1 hour from the scheduled time. However, additional waiting requests beyond 1 hour are not possible. If you fail to board even after 1 hour of waiting, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

Seoul to Incheon or Gimpo is a considerable distance, especially considering Seoul's traffic conditions. We highly recommend scheduling your drop-off reservation 3-5 hours before your scheduled departure time.
For hotel pickups, our driver will be waiting at the designated location such as the hotel lobby, nearby parking lot, or close to the hotel entrance. You won't miss our distinctive Wootteo vehicle.
To prepare for unforeseen circumstances, please provide your flight details when booking Papa Air, regardless of whether it's for pickup or send-off. Failure to provide flight information means we won't be able to assist you in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
